IS MY ORDER SUCCESSFUL?

All successful order transaction will receive an order confirmation email within 45 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in "MY ACCOUNT" (IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT) or your email junk folder. Alternatively, you may email us at customerservice@karaandkim.com to check.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY CONFIRMED ORDER? 

Due to security reasons, our customer service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. This is because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed. 

can I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once the order has been processed and you will receive our confirmation email. Unfortunately, at this point it is not possible to cancel the order. 

CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASED ITEMS?

All of the items purchase at Kara and Kim is non exchangeable and refundable. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for more details.

WHAT IF I HAVE A QUERY ABOUT A PARTICULAR ITEM?

Kara and Kim strives to give you as much information about our items as possible, from the colour to the making of your crafts. However, if you have a question that our tutorial does not answer, you can email us at customerservice@karandkim.com with the product details and we will try our best to assist.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE OFFERED?

You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer via EGHL. Please refer to our payment page for the types of cards and list of banks accepted.

IS YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM SAFE?

Yes. We use the latest certified security technology which means that you do not need to worry when using your credit or debit cards to make a Kara and Kim purchase. The payment gateway we use is E-ghl; an Internet Payment Service and Solution operated by GHL ePayments Sdn Bhd. 

 

ARE PRICES NEGOTIABLE?

No. Prices are fixed and the amounts indicated on the website are final.
